(Spartanburg, SC) – Local Takes goes behind the scenes with artists Lucy Boland, Andrew Blanchard, Annette Giaco, TheMadddartist, Beth Bullman Regula, and Addam Duncan in six short documentaries. The artists discuss their life and work, their challenges and revelations, and the stories that have shaped them. Local Takes puts the spotlight on Spartanburg’s local arts culture in a mission to bring people together through art and the unique stories that surround it.

The six Local Takes films will premiere Feb 20, 2020 during a public event featuring local vendors, the artists from the films, and a gallery of their work specially curated for the event. This premiere will be held at 1800 Drayton Road, Spartanburg SC.
